Indian Tennis Star Sania Mirza is all set to marry Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik. Just 2 months after Sania called off her marriage with her childhood friend Sohrab Mirza, This has been confirmed not only by Sania’s parents but also by the young couple.

The decision of Sania Mirza to get marry with Shoaib Malik has perplexed people in her hometown and definitely triggered a debate on her move in view of the controversy involving the Pakistani cricketer who is accused of cheating a girl.

Ayesha Siddiqui, who claims to be Shoaib Malik’s first wife has thrown a bouncer.

Ayesha’s father, Mohammed Ahmed Siddiqui has threatened to sue Shoaib if he does not divorce his daughter. “I want divorce for my daughter. According to Islamic law, my daughter cannot remarry if she doesn’t have the divorce paper,” he said in an interview to an Indian news channel. He also said that Sania Mirza will be Shoaib’s second wife.

Malik wrote on Twitter on 29th March, Monday night, “Thanks for all your support. And the news of me marrying to Sania is true. Inshallah will get married in April”.

“I fully understand what it takes to be an international sports person and I will support Sania in her career as long as she wishes to play.

“Representing India at the 2012 Olympics is very important for her and I will be the proudest husband if she can win a medal for her country,” he added.

Sania said, “My wedding inshallah is going to be the biggest day of my life. I have been in the constant glare for too long and would appreciate privacy at this very personal moment in my life. I hope to be fully fit to represent India in the Commonwealth and Asian Games that are scheduled for later this year.”

Pakistan Cricket Board chief Ijaz Butt said “Sania-Shoaib marriage will help improve Indo-Pak ties”, but Indian tennis star Sania Mirza has clarified that she is not making any political statement by marrying cricketer Shoaib Malik.

“While the decision by Shoaib and Sania is a personal one to get married, but I am sure it will have far-reaching effects and help improve relations between the two countries,” The News quoted Butt, as saying.

Several Pakistani sports personalities, including Imran Khan and Inzamam-ul-Haq, have wished the sports couple `good luck’ for a happy married life.

“My best wishes to Shoaib and Sania and I pray both of you live a blessed life,” Imran said on a popular television show.

Other players, including Shahid Afridi, Abdul Razzaq, Misbah-ul-Haq and Kamran Akmal also expressed joy over the engagement news and wishes the couple a great future.

Afridi said “I am happy for Shoaib and hope he lives a happy life. Sania is not only a good tennis player but a great person too and I am happy for both of them.”

Kamran, one of Shoaib’s closest friends, said he was not surprised by the announcement and was looking forward for the Valima (reception) in Lahore next month. “You can be sure the Lahorites will celebrate this occasion with great fanfare. It is a really good pairing,” he said.

Meanwhile, former Aussie ‘keeper and IPL team Deccan Chargers’ skipper Adam Gilchrist also congratulated Sania on the big day.

Baba Ramdev has opened yoga centres in Nepal today, said “I want to take yoga to Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh and want to link it with Buddhism.”

After establishing yoga centres in Nepal, Baba Ramdev is now target subcontinental countries Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh to generalize the traditional Indian fitness system.

Baba Ramdev said,” I also want to go to Pakistan where people are keen to learn yoga but I cannot afford to risk the lives of my instructors and disciples with an open air yoga camp in Pakistan given the current political situation.”

Baba Ramdev said he will also use yoga as a tool to canvas for votes in the 2014 general elections in India. Politics in India is sham. It has failed to take the benefits of education and economic development to the common people. People say that there is no scope for honesty in politics and I want to change this nation.

Twitter, micro blogging social messaging service site has revamped homepage to make it interesting with lots of information by including a constantly updated section of the “Top Tweets” and a show case of celebrities and public figures linked to the twitter website.

Users will now see a live ticker on top, suggested users on the left and a live top tweet stream in the middle.

Twitters official blog says “With the new design, we’re intentionally featuring more dynamic content on the front page, revealing a sample of who’s here, what folks are tweeting about, and the big topics that they’re discussing. The homepage now features a set of algorithmically-selected top tweets that automatically appear every few seconds. It also highlights a random sampling of suggested sources; hover over any of them to see a profile summary and their latest tweet. Trending topics now scroll across the page, allowing us to present a large set of trends using little page real estate. Hovering over some of these trends will show a description explaining why the keyword is (or has recently been) popular.”

Twitter will need these qualities to keep its users engaged with its own web site.

Google has added another tool to find product information online in India.

The new shopping tool collects information about products and prices automatically by scanning millions of Indian web pages and extracts product names, prices and images.

Users will receive information from more than 30,000 Indian Internet sites enabling them to research a variety of products in just one page.

The tool will also help in comparing prices in different stores for a specific product & to select a price range from the listings with specific information on diverse products.

Vinay Goel, Google India head of products said,”This new tool is designed to help users make decisions faster and find deals online enhancing their research experience.”

Currently there are a number of Web sites such as rediff, naaptol and eBay that sell products online. The tool scans through such Web sites and shows the most relevant item that one is looking for in a single window rather than having to go to each of these sites separately.

Problem :

While making the new post on wordpress blog that requires any media like Image & video, When you try to upload media in post you get this error message.

Unable to create directory /wp-content/uploads/2010/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

The parent directories “uploads” and “2010″ had 777 permission so there was nothing wrong with the permission settings.

Fix :

The problem was not with the directory permissions, but it was with URL where Wordpress was trying to upload the image.

• Go to Settings > Miscellaneous > Store uploads in this folder
• Remove ” / ” from the front of “wp-content/uploads“

There is another way to of changing the file upload path of your Wordpress blog by modifying wp-config.php file.

• Add this define(‘UPLOADS’, ‘wp-content/new_folder’); Before this require_once(ABSPATH.’wp-settings.php’);
