Paypal Resuming Local Bank Withdrawl To India

Now Paypal resumes local bank withdraw with the certain changes to comply with Indian Regulations but personal payments will still be suspended, only accessible to those who are willing to buy or sell goods online since this will undergo some restrictions from RBI.
New field “purpose code” is added for local bank withdraws.The purpose code helps bank to furnish information that may be required by the Reserve Bank of India to identify the nature of the cross border transaction.
